The University of Chicago Service League is a group of about 500 community-minded women ("of course, men are always welcome") who meet to promote social intercourse, study public issues, support philanthropies, and meet in special interest sections.

We are located in Hyde Park, and meet monthly in large venues such as Ida Noyes Hall at the University of Chicago for general members meetings and programs.

A variety of interest sections meet monthly in members' homes. Board and committees keep the Service League functioning.

An annual Homecoming benefit supports various philanthropies.

The Service League's monthly Calendar keeps members abreast of programs and activities.

Welcome to the University of Chicago Service League

We meet every month from October through May on the third Wednesday afternoon for a stimulating talk and fabulous refreshments prepared by our different sections.

We will be back in October.

Please join us.
